Dean A. DiSibio COL (Ret.) brings a unique perspective on leadership and sales to corporate America and the US Army. Dean is a proven leader, a strategic thinker, and a clear communicator who knows - from more than 25 years of experience - the importance and value of building teams. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from Frostburg State University and is a graduate of the US Army's Command and General Staff College.

Ralph DiSibio continues to consult to major corporations, calling on his decades of experience as a former president of major units of Washington Group International, Westinghouse and Parsons. He practiced the art of leadership with some of the industry's finest. He also served as a State Cabinet Official in Nevada and a Superintendent of Schools in New Jersey.
